1. Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions offer you additional protection and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Orders
By placing an order with Kennington Bakery you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and your use of the Kennington Bakery website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction at an English Court.
This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK Law.
All orders may be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 18:00 the day before delivery or collection. Refunds will be processed within twenty-four hours where applicable.
3. Right to return
Due to the fresh nature of the product we cannot ordinarily accept returns for these food items.
However, if any product is demonstrably not fit for purpose or you wish to register a complaint, please notify Kennington Bakery as soon as possible.
We will then inform you whether we require you to return the goods to us or not. Items must be returned to us and must be received by us complete, in the same condition as they have been received.
4. VAT
Value Added Tax at the current rate is included in the price of non-food items and for delivery where applicable. Food items are zero-rated for VAT.
5. Data Protection
Information is held for the purpose of maintaining customer records. Kennington Bakery undertakes to discharge its duties under current legislation. Your IP address will be recorded when creating an account and placing an order, but Kennington Bakery does not store credit card information.
6. Questions, concerns or complaints
Please contact us giving full details on the matter and we will respond to you as quickly as we can.
7. Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer, telephone and on-line card payment and by cheque.
At the time of ordering payment can be made by debit card or credit card (excluding Amex or Diners). All goods remain the property of Kennington Bakery until full payment of the invoice price has been received.

7.2 Online and Telephone Payments
We accept debit and credit card payments through WorldPay.
Please note that the system will put your payment through instantly once the payment process is compelete.
7.3 Cheque
Cheques shsould be made payable to: Gooroo Keah Ltd.
Once the cheque has been cleared, the bread will be dispatched as requested.
8. Goods and Conformity
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to the public. Rates and recipes are subject to change at short notice.
